On to part 2 of our day at the Antique Mall in Pawtucket, RI. I came across a few more sewing machines throughout the day. There was a beautiful Singer 99 but the price tag was $225. Here are a few others. Click here if you missed Part 1.
This was a Junior Miss child’s machine. The price on this one was close to $100.
I was particularly interested in this one because of the color but there was no price tag to be found on it.
I had not ever heard of this brand sewing machine either.
Leah struck gold with her Mickey Mouse telephone. She was so excited because it works and she got it for a whopping $18!!
Lindsey found a Peanut’s Gang drum! She plays drums in school and thought this would be a cool item for her collection. She walked away with it for about $12.
This is the iron door stop. It’s holding my sewing room door open at the moment.
But these little cuties are what I was most excited over! These are canisters that are circa 1993 from the Pillsbury company. They are ceramic bags of flour and have a recipe on the back! I loved these from the moment I saw them. I took all three home for $20. They are all washed up and sitting on my counter top. Love, love, love these.
I will be talking more about our day in Rhode Island on the next podcast. Be sure to leave me a comment telling me your dream sewing machine for the research question. It will be included in the upcoming podcast.
Enjoy your day!
