Fav Finds So Far

This week I tried out two new recipes that I found on Pinterest. Both were really good so I thought I’d pass them along to you as “tested”.

The first one was Chubby Chicken & Cream Cheese Taquitos.

My family really enjoyed these on Sunday night before the Golden Globe Awards. The filling actually made about 15 or so taquitos.

The second recipe I made for dinner last night but I heated up leftovers for breakfast…It was delicious. I used Jones All Natural sausage instead of regular as I try very hard not to eat anything with MSG. The recipe is Biscuit and Gravy Casserole.

This month I’m enjoying Lil Blue Boo’s series on Joy. She has daily posts that are uplifting and thought provoking as only Ashley can be… check it out HERE.

This week I am working on a bed runner project and feverishly working to get caught up on my Project Life album. Last night I got caught up through the end of October. My new album and supplies for 2014 will arrive tomorrow so I need to finish up 2013 soon.

  1. I don’t see your email address here so I hope you don’t mind me asking you this thru a comment but here goes – I want to try to sell a pattern thru quilt woman and I know you have been with her for awhile. This is my first pattern and I don’t understand the barcode bit. I can make a barcode right in Word to put onto my on demand pattern but when I asked her what to put in the barcode she said you don’t “put” anything on a barcode. I thought I would be putting either the price or the name or whatever and when I asked she said just go to the website she suggests which cost $10 per pattern barcode and get them. I guess I don’t understand why I would need a barcode that has no information. I’m sure I just don’t understand something and have asked her a few things about it and feel kind of stupid at this point. Since you have done a number of patterns and are a “pro” you could help educate me on the whole barcode thing. I don’t mind paying the 10 bucks but it just doesn’t make sense to pay for a barcode with no information. Thank you for any help and guidance you can give me 🙂
