Oh so much going on this week! I had two finishes which makes me very happy…
I finished Lindsey’s quilt! She’s very happy with it…
I also finished my Project Hope quilt…
Please visit it in the Flickr Group for an explanation of this quilt and to see some other ones that have been completed! Click Here
My mom visited over the weekend and went with us to the 2 Pops Concerts held at the high school. The kids did a great job performing. On Sunday we opened the pool, played badminton, enjoyed the day, had Chinese food, cake and cocktails, of course! It was a perfect day.
This little birdie came to visit. Other than our parakeets and few others, I have no idea about what type of bird is what…anyone know what type this guy is?
I opened up my Christmas jelly roll and started a jelly roll race quilt…
I am currently on Week 3 Day 2 of the Couch To 5K running program. Monday was hard after eating all that yummy food on Sunday. Today was a much better run. Hoping Friday will be even better!
Today is the start of dance recital rehearsals for the upcoming shows this weekend..busy, busy busy!!!
Yesterday I saw on Denise Panter’s blog that she was working on English Paper Pieced Apple Cores! Sooooo cute. Take a look at her post to see what I mean, CLICK HERE.
How stinkin’ cute??? I ordered some templates as soon I saw these…can’t wait for them to arrive…not that I don’t have 42 other hand projects waiting for attention…but come on…so cute!
I think that’s it…sorry to save all my updates for one post!
What are you working on?

Love the quilts, Lindsey’s quilt is wonderful. I also enjoyed all the pictures you included.
Thanks for the shout out, Sandi! You have lots of fun projects going, too — I love your Project Hope quilt — and it looks terrific in your stand! I love minis! Can’t wait to see what you create with your pieces!!! 🙂
Your birdie looks like a chickadee to me.
Thanks Colleen! Amanda took a look around the internet and she came up with the same type of bird. Thanks for stopping by!
