Happy April 1st!

I finished up the two mug rugs that I am making for the swap. I have two partners this time around and one of them is my mom! She came to visit this weekend and she brought me the cutest mug rug!!

Isn’t is adorable? I’ve been using it everyday. I think mug rugs are such fun. I’ve really enjoyed making the ones for the swap. I have to mail the one I made to Tina who is my second partner and I’ll give my mom hers over Easter weekend.

How are you all doing on the swap items? Some of you were making pot holders and other the mug rugs. Projects are due to partners at the end of April! I can’t wait to see finished projects. I can push the beige chair out of the way when I want to open the cabinet to use the machine. I’m happy to have it in the living room because it’s hard to see well in the dining room. The lighting isn’t too bright in there.

I’m all about Easter now getting the house cleaned, food planned and the Easter baskets and egg hunt squared away! I’m dying to play with fabric but it might not happen for a few days.
