I looked at it like it was foreign because I couldn’t believe we weren’t all making quilted scarves? How cool! It really didn’t even dawn on me that quilters should be doing this until I saw it. Anyway, the pattern for this one is free on Craftsy here….

There must be a zillion possibilities for quilted scarves…have you ever made one?

How are this holiday preparations coming? I’m nearing the end and I’m looking forward to slowing down now and just enjoying the next few days. The kids are almost home from school which marks the beginning of two full weeks off!

This weekend we will see the Nutcracker and I’m super excited for it!

I’ve been eyeing a wonderful little sewing cabinet that has a hidden chair within it and matches my dining room. It’s on Craigslist and I’m waiting to hear from the woman about maybe picking it up soon. I hope she hasn’t sold it already. With the holiday right around the corner, I have no idea when I’d be able to get it…keeping my fingers crossed.
